I was floored! He said that he would uninstall the springs if I didn't pay, thinking I would acquiesce, I suppose. Well, I didn't, and he uninstalled the springs and left. After this awful experience, I called Florida Garage Door and Steve was out within the hour. He was just great. He knew exactly what he was doing, and was very professional and nice. He told us that we didn't need to replace the wheels on the garage door, that they would hold up for at least another six or seven years. They were back the next morning to fix it for me and they were able to get it working within a couple of hours. It was amazing! I couldn't believe it was so fast!
